Hello readers, a little about me. My name is Kat and I love books. Well obviously, otherwise, why the book blog? I’ve been a blogger since 2011, but I have finally decided to get a dedicated book blog.

So a little about me…I am in my late thirties, I live in Milton Keynes, England, I work full-time at a University, I am married, I have two kids (9 year old Nate and 4 year old Savannah). And I read around 50 books a year although last year I beat my own record and read 73 books, probably because of lockdown. I read all sorts of books, I’m pretty easy going, though I do read more non-fiction than fiction. I love learning and endeavouring to better myself and I love biographies.

When I do read fiction, some of my favourite authors are: Marian Keyes, Bill Bryson, Maeve Binchy, Kristin Hannah and Jodi Picoult.
